Over the years we have tweaked our methodology and hopefully today our approach to this market is something that works well for clients and candidates. We believe our international reach and longevity as a business bears testament to that but we haven’t always got it right !!

As the industry has evolved we have tried to pay attention to its needs, we were the first agency to effectively facilitate a true international placement service. We set up a network of offices to facilitate this and surrounded our candidates with a plethora of information on expectations and the process and country in which they wanted to live. Today in these challenging markets our clients prefer well networked proven consultants and in reaction to this we have implemented a tweaked working model.

On the client side we seek to engage with committed MD level contacts who understand what a partnership means and are looking for longevity in their suppliers rather than short term opportunistic thinkers.

To gel this all together we have always bucked the trend and employed seasoned consultants most of whom have managed teams and or businesses. We believe this is the only way to gain much needed credibility in front of entrepreneurial, dynamic accomplished senior managers. The average experience of our consultants is just over twelve years each and of these individuals two thirds have sat in the seat of our clients.
