You will inherit responsibility for 3 out of 4 business units in a successful HR consulting business whose core activity is recruitment. Within the recruitment arm you will manage 4 profit centers with headcount of around 40 and 5 direct reports.

The core of the role will involve significant training, performance management, major bids / client interaction, internal recruitment and induction.

The role is sales rather than operationally driven due the hands on nature of the MD who takes care of all back office duties resulting in a streamlined operation.

The firm is established and profitable with a solid and professional name in its market. The owner is an entrepreneurial, professionally trained businessman. The teams and business units all trade successfully however due to lack of experienced recruitment talent in this company’s region consultants are typically in their early 20’s hence there is a requirement for a manager who is passionate in training and mentoring.



You will be an accomplished consultant with a proven track record in building teams. You will be an inspirational leader who believes in a structured approach to recruitment and has a sales driven methodology. You will be open to the challenge of working in a culturally diverse country ideally with experience in the Middle East region.
