You will be building and driving a sales recruitment business unit initially focused on the Technical and consumer markets. You will lead the team in a hand on capacity with an initial remit to manage your own clients. You will be responsible for winning high margin, quality business in the middle management, high end perm bracket.

From a team perspective you will understand the importance of sourcing (and paying for) the best staff, be prepared to constantly train and develop them whilst creating a supporting environment facilitating access to the very best people. You are comfortable recruiting in a structured, professional manner, working to KPi’s, using researchers and encouraging best practice in your team.


Your background will be a mix of hands on recruitment, preferably in the Sales recruitment market, with a blend of management. An ambitious, successful consultant is equally of interest. You will be mentored in the team building process, be supported via a first class back office, have access to state of the art technology and above all work in partnership with committed and passionate fellow directors.
